Paula O'Connell - Director
Paula, an Australian businesswoman, set up O'Connell Marketing after transfering to the Netherlands with an international recruitment firm, and then falling in love with the place and the people.
Setting up her own business has allowed Paula to put her own mark on whats important in the recruitment process: honestly assisting the careers of candidates whilst meeting the staffing needs of excellent talent for companies.
"I worked in product marketing before moving into the recruitment industry more than 15 years ago" says Paula. "Seeing the gap in the market for professional international marketers and realising this has been very fulfilling."
